Forgot to note yesterday that I went to Tuesday zumba class. I need to get some proper shoes for dancing on a wood floor. These Skechers with deep treads are sticking to the floor when I come in from rainy weather.
Maybe shoe shopping would lift my spirits. I've been feeling very depressed lately. Probably the gloomy weather. I've been pigging out on junk food too. Popcorn, cookies, candy. I stopped journaling the last few days.
I did force Mr C to go with me to Ford v Ferrari last night. Great movie.
