Day 3 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
The nice thing about day 3 is that my stomach is mostly empty. Liquids get absorbed through my intestinal walls quickly, and enter my blood stream, not leaving much to be slowly digested in my intestines.
Physically this feels great. My body feels ‘light’ and ‘unburdened’. Because I don’t have ‘falling blood sugar’ I wake up with no hunger.
Basically it feels like my body should always feel.
