** MONDAY MOTIVATION **
If you don't think something is possible or results are too distant and it keeps you too paralyzed or discouraged to take the first step, the key is to change your mind.
Sometimes the first step to making a change is beating the depression.
Positive people are more determined and rebound easier from a slip - which is crucial in changing because it WILL happen along the way.
I'm not saying you always need to be outwardly bubbly and chipper, but you should adopt the mindset of "I can, and I won't let anything or anyone stand in my way" - even amid a failure/setback.
There will be bumps in the road, so don't be naive. Even though a journey with a bunch of hurdles may take a bit longer, each obstacle you overcome will make you stronger and make subsequent trials less daunting.
Press on and you will succeed. Give up and you will not. It's that simple.
