Broke 300 before the new year! Couldn’t be happier, still not exercising, going to start small workouts at home here and there. Started back to minimal carbs today because my blood sugar was off the charts. 😣
298.6 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Tiane, I successfully used the ketogenic WOE to reverse my T2D. Check out the research at blog.virtahealth.com - they have been doing a multi-year study that has shown great success in reversing T2D. I hope you have success, too!
