Today the fluctuation is downward 😊 Since I ended the day with a calorie count lower by a couple hundred calories, guess that's not surprising. I had to go out without breakfast....only coffee....to get my hair done. I grabbed a yogurt that I ate while I was waiting for the color to process. Surprise! This is not all my natural color 😉😁😆 I did eat my daily bowl of cut fruit for lunch after I got home.
My stylist, who I've been going to for over 20 years commented on my weight loss as I was getting ready to leave. Of course she wanted details so I told her about Fat Secret. She said she remembers me talking about FS before. She pulled out her phone & made me help her download FS onto it. I tried to explain a little about how it all works. I hope it becomes a useful tool for her like it has for me. 😊
I have to wrap gifts for our family party tomorrow, today. And make homemade cranberry relish. I started with the gifts yesterday afternoon, but got sidetracked. It was cold & rainy out so Hubby built a fire in the fireplace & we grabbed a drink and sat down together & watched The Irish man on Netflix. It was 3 1/2 hours, so we had to pause it midway to make & eat dinner.
Haven't eaten yet, so need to make something & get moving....
