Had to eat lunch away from home again today. No idea on the values but portions were good. A Moroccan chicken dish, salad, yogurt dip, a flat bread and a cupcake.
One of my good friends was waiting here at home for me when I got here (she has a key) and dinner was ready for the table. A wonderful home made turkey chili and fresh corn bread. Good portions control and won’t bother with the calorie count.
Feeling cared for and renewed.

That’s why I’m thinking I need to see where I could buy one of those wives— seems like a good thing for someone to have. Either that or I have to get my housekeeper (the ex- prison warden) to start coming more often and help keep my household going for a while.

Consistency, portion control and moderation is what wins this game if you can learn how to do it.. Severely restrictive “diets” cause cravings, depression and most often failure.
