I am moving on to OWL. Lost 16 lbs on Induction. Ready to incorporate more NCarbs and probably dry roasted edamame and blueberries to begin with. Will see how that goes. Scale is not moving much and I know why....it is all about incorporating exercise which I absolutely hate and have every excuse in the book not to do it! I need to change that mindset and commit to it.
