Day 2 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
I could do a water fast, as I have done the past few weeks, but, I’m just not in the mood. I am back to my normal ‘no solid food fast’ so I am ‘back to normal’.
It will take at least two weeks to lose the 10lbs I gained from eating solid food for 5 days straight 😆
