Up not quite a lb. 😁 That's a win for sure!! I ate a little of all the choices of food yesterday, but I did skip the rolls. I went back for a nibble of a couple more things, but I was so full I didn't want much. The appetizer tray my Niece brings is usually so appealing but I ended up having a few slivers of cheese & a couple slices of the meat offerings. I had a tiny sliver of pecan pie and skipped the rest of the desserts. I was too full to eat more & decided not to bring any home for later. I did snag a couple of oatmeal cookies that looked REALLY good. Hubby may end up eating those.
My brother in law who is on WW was nibbling on one of those cookies & said Why can't we just be fat? Fat & happy instead of thin & sad. He loves his food....especially the traditional Southern style cooking.
I was so stuffed dinner ended up being a bowl (100 calories) of popcorn & we finished off the wine.
