I can't believe it the scale said 190! I haven't been that in quite in a long time! I guess the protein is working. That is what I'm supposed to have with my hypoglyemia guesus it pays to follow Drs orders.
Oh no, just calculated my brunch and I'm way over for the day I have some serious housecleaning to do maybe that will burn some of it off. It is the weekend after all so I'm not stressing it to bad.
