I did NOT do any formal exercising this weekend. Full recovery weekend that I believe my body needed. I went lower on my carbs this weekend. Very strict in keeping my carbs @75grams.
I went to a Natural Bodybuilding Contest, and I was amazed at the contestants. There was a 60 year old woman that looked absolutely incredible, and she placed 5th in her division. I am inspired.
