It's weird how my body will find a fairly precise set point and will stay there. My clothes are looser, but I can't see much difference in my body fat, especially my upper arms, hips, and fat apron. I feel like the fat that I grew in those areas has its own ecosystem and is permanent. Went to the gym yesterday and I'm still doing about 25 minutes on the elliptical. I need bigger goals. I wish they had daily dance classes and not just zumba twice a week. I can tell a difference in my energy level and I feel pretty good in general. And that's with just 20 pounds lost since July. By the time I drop 40, I ought to be feeling fantastic.
