LOL! Indeed, Moo. I can see it in the mirror XDDD. I'd like to drop my last kilo, but it's proving difficult. Truth be told, I can't muster the will to maintain the caloric restriction I'd need. I am exercising more, so I guess that my shape will more or less improve even if I don't get to that 53 Kg goal.

Do you drink kombucha? Keyten’s recommendation. I drink it daily, it helped me lost that last little bit.
