Time to get rid of some fat this week - starting with dialing it back from my diet. Dropping the calories by 500 a day in an effort to lose a pound this week; if only someone would remind me...
Also, kicking the intensity up at the gym to avoid needing breast reduction surgery in January.
It's all fun and games until my wife's comments border sexual harassment/cat-calling. I feel violated.

BB Flat Bench Press: 3 warm-up sets 1 set 4-6 reps 1 set 8-12 reps 2 sets to failure
Bent Over BB Rows: 2 sets 8-10 reps 1 set to failure
DB Overhead Shoulder Press: 3 sets (pyramid down)

@Erq - that's the question I have a LOT - why all the sugar. But he told me he needs the sugar to do the lifting & I'm like totally baffled by all of it. I get that you can't get that many carbs in a 'food' for the energy but I just get confused by what seems counter intuitive.

Those were your words, Just sayin' .. That's how to do it! Once it drifts past 20-21% (for me, anyhow) is when I start noticing the fluffiness increasing steadily.

::: Sign me up for the patch!::: I do (donuthole) appreciate you explaining this. I grew up during the period of being told 'sugar stores as fat, Carbs convert to sugar which eventually converts to fat' so it is a hard lesson learned trying to skew my thinking.

A calorie goal is what we're after. It really doesn't matter where the fat and carb macros are at as long as you're hitting your protein and calories. Sure, more carbs than fats is preferable for body composition, but the difference would be negligible as long as it doesn't affect your workouts and your protein intake.
