Nice. Your way works. Made me think that doing an OMAD day may be good if waking up to a high weight, and two meals on a normal weight morning. Is that way in your game plan?

I go by feel. If I am really hungry I probably eat two meals. If it feels fine and fits into my schedule I will eat one. For me I do not think it matters that much if I eat one or two meals as far as what the scale will show the next day. Truth is I do not really understand what on earth makes me lose or gain day to day. So I am more interested in week and month averages at the moment. So this month I have just been trying to eat more than last one.

@liv001 - I also look at weekly numbers. The most 'accurate' I found was to take the average (the mean) for each week. This is how I realized I had basically gained '5 real pounds' over the past months.
