Finally got below 195. I don't know how since my calorie count was too high yesterday, but I did go to the gym and was able to complete almost a full workout. It wasn't too crowded, but many of the members have disabilities, so it takes them longer on the machines and I don't have time to wait.
I thought I was getting a reprieve from too much work, but I picked up more rush jobs. My daughter called last night and I'm worried about her. She's physically fit, but quite thin and seems to get sick more than she should. She said she may have TMJ and what sounds like carpal tunnel problems in one wrist. I wish she would move back here.
