Last weekend was fun. We ate a lot on the run. Yesterday we had early church service and ate a huge breakfast afterward. Dinner was very light. I ate below goal for the day. Met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF down 0.7% and is less than 1% out of range... Lift Day!!!
