A bit of a low so I am recording it just in case it is THE low. LOL I had been hovering around 118 for a while. This is what I call the "beef" effect as I often lose weight after eating steak. I am weighing daily even I have not recorded it here. And am slowly working my plan: Eat more food. Some visiting, restaurants and alcohol planned over the next few days so it will be interesting to see where weight is next week.
