Been tracking well this week and managed 80 out of the 120 mins of strength training I was aiming for. Don't think I'll get to the last 40 mins this weekend as we're doing another car boot sale tomorrow morning and I'll be cleaning on Sunday getting ready to meet with an estate agent on Monday to put our house on the market, but I'll see if I can fit it in as Monday morning probably won't work either so I'll postpone my workout till the evening then. Going to dinner at a friend's tomorrow evening as well so I'm guestimating the calories for that and hoping to stay below 1650/1700 average daily calories for this week. Will try to do the same next week and the warmer weather is far more conducive to exercise, which is great!

I believe that too, Rosio, thanks! I'm just not sure if I should be increasing my protein. According to your post yesterday I'm averaging only half of what I should be eating so I need to do a bit of experimentation with that. Been vegetarian for a year now and I'm not that keen to start buying expensive protein powders so I'll have to do some meal prep/plan tweaking.

Thanks Vicksie1! I'm not sure what meat you're referring to, but I think on FS it would usually say whether it's cooked or not - the same as with things like rice or pasta.
