I was a little spacey at work yesterday - need to plan to eat more before work. Really tired today - I have a fast from 11:30am until 7:30am tomo. But I'll definitely be eating my RDI before it starts. Today feels like its toughest yet - But full of promise and another drop!! I can't even believe it!

Make sure to get your electrolytes - lack can cause fuzzy thinking. I keep bouillon powder at my desk, have a cup in the am and at lunch. Hot drinks also suppress my appetite.
