Ok, so my calories were so way off yesterday that I am almost ashamed of how my day went but yet, I've eaten more in the past and had less calories.., I don't get it., so let's just hope today goes better 🙂☘ either way, a little bit of a loss is still something to smile about. Keeping my fingers crossed to do it again and get myself back on track

Thanks Steven!, even if it isn't as successful as I hope it to be, ima determined little brat that won't quit till i at least get back to where I was before the Intuitive Eating classes., lol
