Day 4 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Day 7 of 14 days of the "Challenge" with @SharonsVictory: No 'Binging' (more than 100 carbs) for two weeks
If I get the results of my usual schedule (losing 5 pounds during the week), I should hit 167lbs by Saturday.
If I only gain 4 pounds over the weekend I would be 171lbs on Monday. So, sticking to my normal schedule (losing 5 pounds), I would be 166lbs by next Saturday…
Yeah, that is a lot of planning…
Anyway, I plan to hit the 🏋🏾♂️ gym today…
