Day 1 of a planned 3 days of eating
I broke the ‘no solid food fast’ a day early. Normally I do 5 days of 'no solid food' a week, and this time I tried to do 6 days (because I gained so much weight over vacation).
However, after losing 12 pounds in 6 days I figured why work so hard haha!
