Too many sweets yesterday and Friday night. Fat is accumulating around my hips and stomach and making me uncomfortable. We've been busy, so we didn't have breakfast until noon today... bacon, eggs, grits. I still felt hungry after eating. That's unusual -- I'm never hungry after breakfast, so it must be how late we ate. I've got to try to make it through this day without sweets.
