Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating
Unfortunately, when I eat solid food I gain weight 😒 The goal today will be to try to gain as few pounds as possible. I should go to the gym today… still not in the mood, so I won’t. I will do a long 🏃🏾♂️ run today. I am grateful that I am in the mood to do that.
