My weight has slipped up on me once again......here it is the holidays, and, I look like the Pillsbury Dough Boy... I intend to make a commitment this time to get on the right track and get my weight back to where it should be. Keep me in your prayers.

You can do it and will be so proud.I have some girls along with me,trying to lose 10 pounds by Dec.31, 2012. I know you can do this.
