Good workout yesterday with a caloric deficit, so this will drop by Thursday.
I'm really looking forward to lunch in Seattle after picking up the motorcycle from getting its annual checkup at the shop. Weather is nice, so bundling up for a nice ride!
Then I'm all about shopping, museums, and markets for the day!
