PM weigh in. 17 hrs fasted. 15 hrs sleep.. Getting it in while I can. Gym in am.. Hopefully I don't see that spike from those 600 carbs the other day. Going high carb this whole week to see if I can spur fat loss a different way. Here I come 50% 😮
