Very cool... hit the 280s.... BARELY! 289.8 this morning. Ate right at my goal calories yesterday with a lot of protein (although the carbs got their due). Blood sugar 142 this morning. I did not measure yesterday afternoon as I usually do, so I risked one of those 'morning' readings. I'm one of those folks who hits high sugar after an all night sleeping fast. I've been told this is due to my liver dumping its sugar load due to the long fast. Can't confirm that, but I'm only measuring myself at night from now on!
