Plan back in action. Gained 2 pounds....but happy that it was ONLY 2 pounds cuz of recent eating. But plan is back in full effect...thinking about exercising today. I almost went back into old habits and forgot what losing weight meant to me and my family and what I had done successfully to lose the first 50 pounds. Got that in check and am enjoying the very HOT weather. Thinking about going swimming next week....atleast that is exercise. To all....happy a great dieting week. I am looking forward to seeing the 320's soon. My goal for friday is to be in the low 330's.
