Thanks, John! You're right! Usually, when I overeat during the holidays I am not also lifting so this is not a bad thing at all this time. Fueling my 100k plus pound workouts. ;)

You're right, Chris. Gains are seen as bad to most everyone on here but if you're lifting or doing something else that may increase muscle mass like jump rope or sprints, it could be a good thing. Plus even when in a deficit, fluctuations are normal.
