Ok, so here is the ‘situation’:
💥 I have *No Willpower*
💥 Once I start eating I ‘eat until full’ (and eat too much)
Accepting this, I have to concentrate on what I CAN do:
🌟 If I don’t eat solid food I do not ‘binge’ and usually lose weight
That ONE thing is how I ended a lifetime of adult obesity.
So, I decided to do a 3 days ‘no solid food’ fast because the next “holiday party” is not until Sunday night. I know from experience that ‘multi-day’ binge eating causes me to gain 3-5 pounds. I really don’t want to hit 180lbs so my choice is clear.
