End of Week 17 on Medifast. I'm Baaaccckkk. gonna keep it short and simple. Not feeling to well today. Actually don't even think I can eat because it all might come back up...I know...TMI....but hey its my journal. So anyway, I am below what I previously was thanks to sticking with the diet....and if me not feeling good is side effects of bad eating the last two weeks, I don't think I will be messing up any time soon.
By the way... I finally hit the mark of BEING AN ORANGE BAR...25% of my goal lost! YAYAYAYAYA... (song: "It's been a long time coming")
