Nice to see the scale moving in the right direction :)
I plan to concentrate on weight loss until Christmas. I will still go to the 🏋🏾 gym 3 days a week, but, I am willing to de-load on the weight I am lifting if I need to. I plan to do a lot of 🏃🏾 running, at least every other day.
I am blessed to have 'fasting' to control my weight. I have done several types of fasting:
🌟 "Dry Fasting" is no food or water. I have only done this for a day. This will 'clear your mind' and make you 'focused'.
🌟 "Water Fasting" is just water, you can do this longer. I have done it up to 3 days. This will 'clean you out'. It takes 2-3 days, but, it will physically 'reset' you. I like to do a lot of jogging when water fasting. This increases the 'cleanse' and is like nothing else. I MUST take electrolyte supplements while doing this (just salt wont cut it), and you will still get dehydrated (after day 3 my body will not hold onto water so I have to drink a lot of it and go to the bathroom a lot).
🌟 These days I just do 'no solid food fasts'. I take in 900+ calories in protein drinks. This is very easy mentally and, now my body is used to it, physically I feel 'full'. Weight loss is about the same (yesterday I dropped two pounds) and you can keep it up forever.
