Recovering from surgery and losing weight from not being able to eat very much. Not the preferred method, but I guess I'll take it until I can pick back up the activity in a few weeks.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
