I have been struggling through the one90s. It all started when I hit 191. It was like I was mentally afraid to go any lower, and out of my shell. Starting a new routine today to get back on track. Wish me luck.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
