This time of year is what gets me every time. One piece of candy turns into all the candy. Then Thanksgiving and Christmas roll around. I am not going to fall into that trap this year. I have 85% dark chocolate if I want something sweet. I will enjoy myself Thanksgiving and Christmas but with moderation. I have finally gotten back on track and am going to stick with it this time!
