Had a not so good week with not having much to choose from as far as food goes. I'm lucky to eat anything at this point as food is really low.
I do Auto Upholstery with my Husband and he has stage 4 liver cancer and still drinks from morning to night. He sick all the time and work is slow up here. But we do work almost every day and I run non stop from the time I wake until 7-8 at night and I'm wore out after driving all day and run out of steam by the time I get home. I'm gonna start trying to get up before time to fly and hit the gym... I am not a morning person until an hour of waking, lol so will see how it goes...
Down only 1 lb. this week but better than a gain :)
