yes it keeps dropping it is below where I started before I broke my diet and restarted the carnivore. I am going to track the changes as I am interested to see how this works. I am eating more calories, no work outs for a while and dropping weight. It should balance or even be a little bit of a gain.

Adef, feeling tired and lazy today. I am having a histamine response with ichy eyes and general tired, but it did not help I woke up at 2am and laid in bed until 4. the cats drove me crazy. the past couple steaks did not taste great so the poorer quality definitely had an effect. Hopefully my new steak will be better. lately publix has had some poor tasting steaks. Debating checking out sam's club.
