holidays, big wedding, and little food choices that work for me. But I succumbed to sugar ...Th wedding cake.
Omg it hasupset my eating schedule a lot being away

Same here, those sugars comes with a nasty after effect that takes so many hours to battle through. One an occation like, the battle may be worth it though.
