I stopped recording my exercise about two weeks ago. A little too much work involved that is a daily change. I know I am burning way more than I eat so that's good. I also know when I'm lagging ass on extra exercise ;)
After a week at the same, dropped 2 lbs in the last 3 days. Cool.

Good job - that's great news. Funny, you stopped logging your exercise and I started. I wanted a few weeks of finding out how many calories I am burning (although I think Fat Secret's estimates are high). Keep up the good work!!
