Ummm... WHAT!? I ate like a pig yesterday! Mind you no carbs but I was baaaad... lots of hot dogs, no buns, sausage with mustard... string cheese and pork rinds. I thought I would have gained 3lbs from all the stuff I ate.. but down 4lbs in one days!?!?!? Oh God help this be the solution to my problem. In shock right now!
