I am learning new things that I never supposed before. In order to bypass the plateau or stall that I’ve experienced with a keto diet.i lost 25lbs then flat stall for months....and I have had much stress with my husband in the hospital for three months..... to see 1-2 pound change is terrific, and so encouraging ....and spring flowers to celebrate!
