🤔. I've had better weigh ins but the struggle to get back on plan continues. 😁. I was in ketosis last night at .8 and this morning it was low on the meter so hopefully I can get that back up to the 1-3 range. I really have to watch my protein intake. I have trouble with that... and unfortunately overdoing it just translates to sugar. The salad for dinner was great - blood sugar was at 102 and this morning at 114 with no further intake - no protein on the salad either. 🤔. I did find a recipe for Starbucks egg bites that is pretty close - minus the fillers and carbs.

I did really well today until that Little Debbie Chick cornered me in the kitchen and beat me till I ate that strawberry roll! Well, at least that's what I'm telling myself happened. 🙄 Tomorrow is another new day. I'm still getting back in the swing of things. I did manage to lose this week....even with all the back ups and start overs! One day, one step, one hour, and sometimes one minute at a time.
