gooooood morning ...weight is up this morning...o well..i had salt right yesterday at noon..dont guess i got it flush out enough..today its still showing..part of workin it off...bumps in the road..got several things to do today so hopin more movement will work it back out an get back into the downward mode once again...well time for the tea..tried cinnamon in it yesterday carmen...not as good a taste as the protein mix...lol..but i want to get off the protein since im not getting my morning rides in at the present time..cut the calories ...well..have a great day everyone...
