Was averaging it as I set and waited on supper…about .16 pounds per day….that’s riding plus walking roughly 2-3 miles per day..depending on the morning ride…and watching the food intake…

Nice loss! I do well when I do IF and just have 2 meals a day, usually not eating after 2 or 3pm.
