ok, day 2 of the 3 day stall diet, I have to put in my food for yesterday & today, probably will try to get it listed for tomorrow also. I'm doing ok, Yesterday was a difficult day but we (me, myself & I) got through it. Almost 'threw in the towel' and went out to GRAB something, but grabbed my fat so that was enough to set me straight. I just have to take it one day, one hour, one MOMENT at a time. Good to see the weight not going up I'm a bit afraid of what I'll do Wed 9after the 3 day stall diet) but we will plan on eating right and still eating the food left in my apartment. I have a lot of good veg soup in the freezer I'm going to thaw. And some fruit around, so we will try that.
