Things are going ok, I've been tired lately but not the sluggish, slump that I use to get after over indulging food & drink, so I feel GOOD compared to that! Which is a good thing. I think, me, my body, my mind, we all together are finally getting it and working together! I am being true to me! It is getting easier to be honest with others also. I don't really want to be a pest about my WOE, but I will not allow anyone to 'run me over' with theirs either. So instead of just going along with others and eating 'whatever' I am keeping true to me and SOT, staying on track, for ME! After all what better person for me to be there for but ME! I appreciate all the help, support and wonderful people on this site, I'll be there for you all and you are there for me! Together we can make it, as I said in a comment to a recent post; I saw once that TEAM can stand for Together Everyone Achieves More ;)
