I went to the gym and got in a medium intensity resistance workout. I ate under goal and met all activity goals. Although, my weight is basically holding steady I'm not disappointed or concerned. I continue to loose belly fat. I used to have a wrinkle or flap of skin and fat below my navel. I had found it very annoying for years. Amazingly, it has recently disappeared. I still have work to do if I'm ever going to get a six pack but I'm happy I got rid of the keg. I'm going to try to continue working to improve and enjoying life...
