Did another full body scan today just because (I need this machine). 95% of the weight I've lost is fat and water. That's the case for slow and steady with me. I'm going to keep the focus on my size (not clothing sizes) and not the scale except to remind me to stay the course. Down another solid pound this week with no hiccups on the entire journey.
I'm also going to look into buying one of those machines for when I'm on my own, eventually. Being able to see how everything falls on this little skeleton will be a big help in maintenance in the out-years. I'll probably freak out when I see the price, but goals. How much have I spent putting food in my mouth, trying to lose it and having to buy and rebuy clothes that fit? I'll report back. Busy work day, so that's it for the moment.

Awesome! What is the name of the machine? Where are you getting access to it?

A good personal one for home use that is about as accurate as the expensive ones such as DEXA scans, is Skulpt. I have one myself, works pretty good and is usually pretty accurate.

You are doing what you are supposed to be doing, getting rid of junk. Great job! I always wanted to do one, but am afraid I'd become addicted to it.
